Jason Balin and Chris Haddon founded Hard Money Bankers in 2007.  They were both involved in many aspects of real estate investing, mortgage banking and flipping house but after the found private/hard money lending they were hooked.  They spend the majority of their time running Hard Money Bankers while helping new and experienced private and hard money lenders grow their own lending portfolios.
